Free School Meals update:
EDENRED are currently processing applications for Free School Meals, which should be completed soon.
If any St Joseph family is currently struggling, please contact email@example.com, or Mrs Spencer/Mrs Wakefield directly.
Be aware of scam emails
We have been informed that some parents have received an email stating the following: ‘As schools will be closing, if you’re entitled to free school meals, please send your bank details and we’ll make sure you’re supported’.
We can confirm that this is a scam email and is not official. We urge parents that if you receive any emails like this, please do not respond, and delete it immediately.

"Walking with Jesus as one family"
"Welcome to our school website and thank you for taking the time to visit us.
Our designated Safeguarding Leads are:
It's official...we are now an Arts Mark Gold School!
We at St Joseph’s believe that the Catholic Faith should be central to and permeate all aspects of school life. We aim to achieve this through the teaching of the curriculum, prayer and worship.
All members of the staff at St Joseph’s should be encouraged and supported to develop their talents and skills for their own professional development and for the benefit of the school.
We aim to foster a caring environment where individuals value and respect one another. We should develop effective communication through sensitive talking and listening.
We should positively encourage and enable the children to fulfil their own potential, building their self- confidence and self-esteem and equipping them with the knowledge and skills they will require in later life.
We aim to increase each child’s awareness of the need for discipline and ultimately develop self-discipline.
We recognise the importance of and aim to develop a working reciprocal partnership between home, school and parish. We also encourage the children to take an interest in and play an active part in the wider community.
As followers of Jesus Christ our Mission at St Joseph’s is to provide the opportunity for each individual to develop intellectually, morally and spiritually in a happy and caring environment.
